Chocolate Slam Royale

In the organizer's words:

The "Willy Wonka of Prenzlauer Berg" (Tagesspiegel quote), Ronald Kellner from "With Choc and Charme", meets poetry slam: our two greatest guilty pleasures in one room. Fine chocolate tasting mingles with matching poetry, and if you have happiness hormones and pure pleasure afterwards, you won't know exactly whether it came from the lyrics or the chocolate.

The Wedding Slam Royale is the only monthly deluxe format of the Berlin Poetry Slam. Every edition is different here: at Berlin's only regular slam deluxe show, we regularly combine poetry slam with other arts: Crime, jazz, drama, painting, improv, comedy... Every show is absolutely unique!

Where does the Wedding Slam Royale take place?

The main location of the Wedding Slam Royale is the Ballhaus Wedding - a deadly chic hall for around 150 guests, close to Osloer Straße. Ballhaus Wedding brings this extraordinary show to a hall that couldn't be more appropriate: Between chandeliers and peeling plaster, a gold-decorated entrance and, well, Wedding.
