In the organizer's words:
The choir was founded in 1993 to preserve the cultural roots of German and Italian immigrants and currently consists of 22 singers. The repertoire includes Brazilian, Latin American, Italian and German songs.
The concert is organized by the FK Arroio do Meio / Boppard, with the support of the town of Boppard.
