In the organizer's words:

Common Threads
Are we really connected - or merely tied up in knots in our idea of what community should be?

A group exhibition of 13 independent female artists. Central to the exhibition is the idea of perpetual connectedness - between places, generations, but also between our art forms and identities. Common Threads is a collective homage to Berlin's young creatives. We don't always have to pull in the same direction, but when it matters, we can join forces until something bigger emerges.

At the Holzmarkt, we show you different forms of art. You can look around between oil, silver and wood.
We open for you on 22.10. at 2 pm next to the Säälchen.
Our first opening will be characterized by the runway and the performance, which will take place at 5 pm - followed by live music by DJs and musicians from Berlin from 6 pm to 9 pm.
On October 23, the exhibition will be on display all day, and our lights will only go out when the sun goes down. Together with the singer Devitza, we will end our evening at 6 pm and swing into the weekend.

We are only at the beginning of our journey and would be delighted if you could make a donation on site. Due to the effort and budget constraints that students bring with them, we recommend €5. This will go towards the realization of the first and upcoming Common Threads exhibitions.

We cordially invite you to enjoy this first kick-off with us.
