Hidden behind fly masks, the duo I Am The Fly make minimalist synth-punk that transports listeners back to 1978 with a dark, hissing and cutting sound.

Shimmering and aggressive, they are reminiscent of angry insects that form themselves against humanity with a distorted, biting organ and a monotonous old drum machine, a purist bass and sometimes melodious, sometimes almost delusional vocals with resigned nihilism and scientific half-knowledge.
