After the first canto of Homer's "Iliad"

From the very first moment, from the first verse of Homer's Iliad, we are in the middle of the central emotional state of the epic. It is about abysmal rage, first triggered by the insult of Achilles, the best fighter in the Greek army, by the supreme Greek general Agamemnon. Achill's anger drags everyone involved to their doom and even the gods come into conflict.

The scenic installation of the first canto of the Iliad was performed with great success in Munich and Liechtenstein and most recently in Würzburg in March 2023, at that time in the Toscana Hall. Now it returns to the stage of the Mainfranken Theater.
