In the organizer's words:
The typical Mexican miniatures for the Feast of the Dead are both a work of art and a lesson, as they hold up a mirror to us. The artists show tiny skeletons in the dentist's chair, in front of the altar, riding a bicycle or reading a book in the library. In the various everyday situations, it becomes clear that death is present in the midst of life and can catch up with us anywhere. A collection by Calaca e.V. - colorful, original and funny
