Die Popcörner - Der Gossipstammtisch

In the organizer's words:

Gossip wanted! Have you already spotted Bushido in Munich? Does an outfit here come close to JLo's 2000 Versace dress? Or can you just not stop being annoyed by Nicki Minaj? And what do Heidi, Antigone and the Wizard of Öz actually do off stage?

The Popcörner Stammtisch sees itself as a home for all gossip queens and gossips who are always informed about stars, starlets and social gossip - and who want to talk about it together. Recurring rituals such as "Hot or Not" and "Smash or Pass" turn the participants into judges. Behind the supposedly superficial gossip lies a practice of sharing and negotiating social norms, a space for reflection and solidarity in which the private mixes with the parasocial and political.
