Dinner Canceling – Frauenkreis & Teestunde

In the organizer's words:

Treat yourself to a conscious break from your usual evening routine and immerse yourself in a special tea time in the women's circle.

During Dinner Canceling, we forgo the classic evening meal and instead enjoy a soothing organic fasting tea together. We give our bodies a gentle break overnight and learn about the beneficial practice of intermittent fasting.

In a relaxed and appreciative atmosphere, there is space for exchange, inspiration and connection. We talk about nutrition, habits and small changes in everyday life that can bring more lightness, balance and mindfulness into our lives - as well as about what moves and concerns us in everyday life.

An evening to pause, recharge and enjoy together - light, warm and connecting.

Our small groups (max. 8 people) create a warm, supportive space to try out intermittent fasting at your own pace and feel well supported.

Many participants value fasting as an opportunity to:

- Develop a deeper awareness of hunger and satiety signals

- Find more mental clarity and inner peace

- Create space for self-reflection and greater body awareness

- Support the development of healthier routines and eating habits

- To feel lighter, more focused and more connected to your body

Important points for all participants:

Fasting may not be suitable for every person. It is important to seek medical advice before taking part to check if fasting is suitable for you - especially if you have any medical conditions or take regular medication.

The Dinner Canceling course offered is an accompanying wellness and prevention program and does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or therapy.
