Do it yourself: Radierung – Tiefdruck mit CD

In the organizer's words:

With us, you can create a graphic using the intaglio printing technique of etching. Your own motif is scratched into an old CD with an etching needle, colored with a special ink and printed in a printing press.

To the series of events

Our do-it-yourself offers take place on Saturdays in the German Book and Writing Museum of the German National Library. We show you creative techniques that you can use yourself at home with simple tools. In our workshops, for example, we create origami boxes, folded letters and books or print and stencil gift wrap and stationery. This results in individual pieces of jewelry that are also ideal as gifts.

Try it out for yourself. Everyone is welcome to take part in our do-it-yourself offers.

Registration: No registration required. The number of participants is limited.

Checkroom information: You will need one or two euro coins to lock bags and rucksacks in the lockers.
