Conflicts are part of everyday working life. This three-day training course provides a sound basis and practical tools for dealing with conflicts in a confident, clear and solution-oriented manner.

In the first step (internal perspective), you will reflect on your own behavior in conflict situations: How do you react under pressure, what type of conflict are you and how do you perceive messages. In the second step (reflected external perspective), you look at your communication behavior and the effect on others, learn to formulate your messages clearly and appreciatively and use methods such as non-violent communication and structured feedback. In the third step (team perspective), you will broaden your view of team and group dynamics: recognize early conflict signals, understand the causes of tensions and apply practical tools for conflict moderation and "mediation light" to resolve conflicts constructively.

The seminar combines theoretical impulses with practical exercises, role plays and reflection phases. The focus is on the transfer to everyday professional life.
