Eiko Ishibashi is a Japan-based musician whose works have been released by labels including Drag City, Black Truffle and Editions Mego.

In January 2020, she was commissioned to compose music for the exhibition Japan Supernatural at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney. This composition was later released as an album under the title Hyakki Yagyō by Black Truffle.

The following year, 2021, Ishibashi composed the soundtrack for Ryūsuke Hamaguchi's film Drive My Car. In 2022, she released her new album For McCoy on Black Truffle and began her residency on the global radio platform NTS Radio.

Continuing her collaboration with Hamaguchi, she composed the soundtrack for Evil Does Not Exist in 2023. They also launched the GIFT project together, which includes a silent film by Hamaguchi conceived specifically for the live performance of Ishibashi's music. She toured Japan and internationally with this project.

In March 2025, Ishibashi released her new song album Antigone on Drag City - her first song album in seven years.
