Experienced in dealing sensitively with the exploration of self-images and images of others, I invite you to playfully, imaginatively and lovingly create a snapshot of your body in the form of a self-image.

With a short mindfulness exercise, we will each question ourselves:
How am I feeling right now? What do I feel when I walk through my body from head to toe?
The inner zones of well-being that are shaped into the body outline communicate with the space around the body, which is also filled in.

At the beginning we collect the possibilities of color and form symbolism. With a selected group member, we then work in teams of two, lying on the floor, to draw each other's body outline in pencil on paper. We then fill this outline with color and incorporate the space around it on the paper into the design.

I provide a protected framework by guiding the small group of maximum 6 - 8 participants.

As an educator and coach with many years of experience in the psychosocial field, I work with both individuals and groups. In our session, an exciting artistic-symbolic combination of the immaterial and the tangible as well as the opposites of the inner and outer world takes place.
