On this special evening, we combine culinary passion with an exciting exchange about politics in France. Under expert guidance, we will conjure up authentic French dishes in small groups. The basis will be traditional family recipes prepared with high-quality ingredients. The dishes are impressively simple and invite you to cook them at home - with the right tips and tricks, you are guaranteed to succeed! Macarons are also prepared as a little extra.

While we discover the secrets of French cuisine, the Europa Zentrum introduces us to the political landscape of Europe and France. From the founding member of the EU to Macron's current policies, there is plenty to look at. Finally, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together and round off the evening with lively discussions about France and its diversity.
