Evening Elephants

With irresistible pop hooks, the energy of a punk band and a sound they themselves describe as "thrash funk", one of the most exciting newcomer duos on the US music scene is coming to Germany for the first time. Evening Elephants - consisting of North Carolina-born singer and songwriter Sam Boggs and Southern California-born hip-hop producer and drummer Brandon "B" Leslie - combine sun-drenched melodies, unconventional instrumentation and uncompromising honesty to create a rousing live experience. Their story begins in 2021 at an illegal backyard party in Los Angeles, where their musical paths crossed by chance. A few weeks later came their first jam session together, the name Evening Elephants - inspired by the manga series Naruto - and finally the first self-organized shows in the same backyard where it all began. Early on, they were celebrated by media outlets such as OnesToWatch, INKED and The Luna Collective, who highlighted their passion for bringing people together and their uncompromising stage presence.

With the "Evening Demos EP", the singles "Life Is Swell" and "Snow On The Bluff" - the latter in collaboration with successful producer PJ Bianco - Evening Elephants earned millions of streams and a steadily growing fan base. In the USA, they sold out their shows in cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, making a name for themselves as one of the most exciting new live bands. Given the noticeable hype and cult status surrounding the band, Evening Elephants signed to Republic Records and have just released their debut EP entitled "Carefree, very". Now Evening Elephants are playing their first German show in Berlin, bringing with them a seething cauldron of funk, punk and pop - an evening full of energy, spontaneity and pure joie de vivre. Their mixture of driving rhythms, infectious hooks and intimate moments promises a concert you won't soon forget.
