Female Flow & Flora

Our first three Female Flow Talks with Larissa took place in small groups. And because they were so well received by you, we are now opening up the format to even more women 🌸 This time the Female Flow Talk will take place as a lecture so that we can reach even more of you at the same time and pass on knowledge.

At our Female Flow & Flora Talk, Larissa, naturopath for gynaecology & gut health, will show us how naturopathy and micronutrient medicine can support you gently and holistically 🌸 The female cycle and our hormonal balance are an important topic for many, but often still insufficiently understood ✨ PMS, menstrual pain or irregular cycles are often considered "normal". But it doesn't have to stay that way 🤍 Many people also don't realize that the gut plays an important role in a healthy cycle 🌿

🕡 Course of the evening:
We open the doors from 6.30 pm. Arrive relaxed, order a drink or snack and get in the mood for the evening.

🕖 The talk starts at 7.00 pm.
Around 45 minutes of input from Larissa with in-depth knowledge about the menstrual cycle, hormones and gut health.

Afterwards we will take about 15 minutes for your questions in a Q&A session.

Afterwards, there will be space to connect, exchange ideas and get to know each other in a cozy atmosphere until 9.30 pm and Larissa will of course still be there to answer your questions. Of course, there will also be some finger food waiting for you. There will also be great goodies for all participants, including from @ylumisparkle and @fleeky.de ✨
