filmPOLSKA celebrates 20 years
The largest festival for Polish cinema outside Poland is celebrating its anniversary! For the 20th time, filmPOLSKA is bringing the whole diversity of Polish film to Berlin and Potsdam. And this is what you can expect:

• the competition with seven exciting films, all of them debuts or second films by up-and-coming directors
• the "Scheidewege" panorama with current Polish perspectives
• a retrospective dedicated to the film composer Wojciech Kilar
• the section "Art in Cinema"
• a focus on the Krakow Film Festival
• two specials 1. "Has in Cannes" (Wojciech Has) 2. Polish-Scandinavian productions
• filmPOLSKA x Krzyżowa Music: Classical music and film art in dialog (concert & talk)
