Finissage: Punctum - Was dich trifft

In the organizer's words:

The three Bonn artists VLEO, Miriam Vida and Sijusch are celebrating the end of their exhibition, which deals with the Punctum, at the Macke-Viertel-Fest.

They will reflect on the exhibition and provide insights into the artistic creation processes through keynote speeches.

The finissage invites you to join in and actively interact with the artists and visitors.

The concept of the punctum, coined in 1980 by the philosopher and photographer Roland Barthes, is reinterpreted here. On display are paintings, drawings and mixed-media works that deal with feelings, memories, thoughts and the moment when a work of art begins.

"We hope many people have been able to gain deeper insights into our works and have been inspired. Perhaps the moment of the unexpected will hit you one last time today (in our exhibition)."
