Career Forum - Next Generation Training Exchange: Cultural change through AI

Our successful Forum Beruf format is entering the next round. This year's focus is on the professions of the future with AI.

We have secured the COBRA Cultural Center as a cooperation partner for FORUM BERUF in 2026.

At the training exchange, young people and companies can meet in person and talk to each other.

The companies' trainees present their training occupations. Pupils can actively experience professional activities through virtual insights, practical experiences and informative discussions. They get to know professions that offer new job opportunities for their future. School training opportunities are also presented.

This is what FORUM BERUF 2026 - Professions of the future with AI offers:

- Current training offers from regional companies - concrete and hands-on
- Information on selected apprenticeships or training companies - live and at first hand
- Direct contact between young people and company managers and trainees
- Further training and support offers

Companies that would like to present their apprenticeships for the Bergisch region in a practical way are cordially invited.

Are you a pupil in year 9 or older and would like to find out more and receive first-hand information about apprenticeships? Talk to your teacher and come along with your classmates!

Young people and parents who are interested in training can also drop by and find out about available apprenticeships.
