Flower meadows, self-discovery and dark dystopias. The music of the band Fruchtiger Beigeschmack deals thematically with the diversity of feelings and reality. The German-language indie band from Munich combines many different themes as well as the most diverse genres and sounds from all over the world. Jazz influences in particular are reflected here and a completely new mixture of indie pop and jazz, so-called indie jazz, is created. Milena (vocals, piano), Hugo Levi (bass, guitar, vocals) and Felix (drums, piano, arrangements) released their first EP "Script I. des nichts" in October 2024. Followed by the single "Rote Zahlen" in December and the single "Stille" in February, in which they demonstrate their diversity and love of jazz.
On stage, as in real life, the band can conjure lighters out of their pockets, dance the night away and tear down huts.

Kilian Knight

Kilian Knight tells us right at the beginning of his first interview that he comes from Wolfsburg. Wolfsburg? The city where VW and a sometimes better, sometimes worse works club come from? That's right! A 21-year-old musician who is currently making a name for himself as an incredibly exciting newcomer to the German indie scene and already has more than 1 million streams to his name. Inspired by the music of his parents, especially artists such as the Beatles and Pink Floyd, he developed a passion for the sounds of past decades at an early age. These early influences are reflected in his music, which combines classical elements with modern production techniques and is very atypical for a 21-year-old who presents himself with a collection of over 400 records. After first musical attempts, Beatles covers, a creative break and a further development of his musical taste - influenced by post-punk bands such as The Cure, The Smiths and Neue Deutsche Welle - Kilian finally found his way to German-language music with the song "Stimmen" (2023).
