FT 1844 Social Run x HOKK x BIERLE

In the organizer's words:

April 23rd is Beer(l)es Day - and what could be better than a relaxed after-work run followed by refreshments at the HOKK kiosk? 🍻

We meet at 6 pm in the courtyard of the Ganter brewery. We'll start there with a relaxed warm-up before splitting up into different pace groups:

• 5:30-6:00 min/km
• 6:00-6:30 min/km
• 6:30-7:00 min/km

Depending on the mood and size of the group, there may also be other pace groups - so it's very relaxed.

You will run towards the HOKK kiosk on the FT grounds. The exact route has not yet been decided, but a section along the Dreisam and probably past the Waldsee will definitely be included.

We will all arrive at the HOKK around 7 p.m., where a cool 0.0 Freiburger Bierle awaits you - the perfect opportunity to toast together and round off the run.

You don't have to register - just come along and run with us! 🏃‍♀️🍺

And for all soccer fans: the cup game will also be shown on site at the FT after the run. ⚽ 📺
