Garlev. The Berlin artist with Nordic roots stands for pithy pop/rock with attitude. His voice is rough, the lyrics in German. His music emotionalizes and makes people feel. If you saw him on stage, you would think it was his home. He stands there like a rock in the surf. As if nothing could shake him. On November 15, Garlev and his band will bring the Bar Bobu to life. The ingredients: drums, two guitars, bass - no flavor enhancers.

Music has accompanied Garlev his whole life. Singing, however, is his true passion. It gives him the freedom to express his thoughts and feelings in a way that no other language can. Standing on stage, feeling the energy of the audience and performing his songs - that is the moment when he feels truly alive. With his music, he wants to touch people, make them think and arouse emotions.

Every time Garlev sings, he opens up his innermost being and shares his world with the audience. His raw voice and German lyrics are his means of expression - honest, direct and sometimes raw, just like life itself. It gives him the strength to keep going and discover new things. With his music and his story, he wants to convey the message to people that "you can do anything".


The Woolverstones
Formed in late 2019, alternative folk duo The Woolverstones have swiftly made a name for themselves on the international folk circuit with their cinematic songwriting and rich vocal harmonies. Their debut single, "A Song for Harlequins", was hailed as a "Folk Masterpiece" by Laurel Canyon Radio and earned fans from both sides of the Atlantic-including members of The Byrds and Country Joe & the Fish.

Produced by the legendary John Wood (Nick Drake, Pentangle), their acclaimed debut album Grey Eyed Dandy (2022) featured on BBC Introducing and Fruits de Mer Records' In The Year 2025 compilation. With appearances at the Cambridge Folk Festival, international tours across Europe, and support slots for folk greats like Malcolm Le Maistre and Leo O'Kelly, The Woolverstones are a rising force in modern folk.
