The latest GHOSTWOMAN album "Welcome to the Civilized World" was born into a broken world; a corrupt legacy - Evan Uschenko and Ille van Dessel have no illusions about its futility - and yet this thing is alive. It is an allergic reaction to the times we live in: a wound crying out to be itched, the catharsis of a modern disease they could no longer bear. Beyond rationality, this record was born out of gut instinct and a lack of other options. Hell may be ripped wide open - but GHOSTWOMAN will not go quietly.

GHOSTWOMAN became a head-on collision between the rusty blades of its guitars and their corrosive drumbeats, driving them into a shared oblivion.
