In the organizer's words:

"The story of an ear that turned a deaf ear" is an interdisciplinary project
project that combines elements of theater, contemporary dance and costume design.

The performance examines hearing as a central tool of human interaction
interaction - both with society and with oneself.
No one really listens to the other; everyone only hears themselves - and even that
not completely. We only hear what we want to hear.
All this is presented in an ironic form: Ears become mere ornamental elements
on the head, as they often do not fulfill their actual function.
In addition to the topic of hearing, the performance also deals with selective deafness
and the indifference that goes with it.
