Tickets can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations please only by mail to events@impact.koeln. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, you must provide a replacement yourself or the ticket will expire. The cocktail can also be redeemed at a later date if canceled in good time before the event.
