Rewire Your Mind isn’t about pointing fingers; it’s about turning the gaze inward. The program begins with the belief that some of the deepest forms of oppression are the ones we internalise. Refusing this quiet inheritance means facing discomfort — but discomfort is not the enemy, it is the doorway. Intimacy, vulnerability, and even language become tools for this process. They disarm us enough to notice the small truths we’d rather ignore, while revealing the codes we’ve been running on and showing they are not the only ones available. To rewire is to claim agency: to step off autopilot, to unlearn habitual patterns, and to remember that imagination is a form of resistance — allowing us to see, love, and belong differently.
