The poetry evening at the Montag bookshop

This is not a regular "slam", it is more like a reading stage where various hand-picked artists perform their self-written texts - and yet the audience becomes an active part of the evening.

The performers have up to what feels like 8 minutes to perform their texts.

An evening like a box of wonders, where spoken word meets bookshop, deep meets funny, loud meets quiet, young meets old and much more.

Hosted by Alexandra Ossowsky and Jakob Heitmann, who bring a lot of passion and a breath of fresh air and see the Montag bookshop as a great location for such an evening.

2. everyone gives what they can. No one has to justify themselves. Our admission staff will not ask if you give less.

3. there is a solidarity box at the entrance. If you can give more, you are welcome to leave us a small donation for people who can afford less and for the culture.
