Ceremonial raw cocoa is much more than just a drink. For thousands of years, it has been revered in Central and South American cultures as a sacred plant medicine - as the "food of the gods" and as a companion for rituals, transitions and heart processes. In its original, unprocessed form, cocoa has a gentle, deep and unifying effect. It is a very special healing plant (and so delicious).

The frequencies help you enter a particularly deep state of relaxation. Most participants report images and dreams but thoughtlessness. A beautiful state. Sometimes emotions or physical feelings can be triggered or brought up that are not perceived as pleasant for a short time. We work shamanically deep and not on the surface. Therefore, don't worry, in the end everyone feels happy and wholesomely relaxed.

In my rooms, ceremonial raw cacao is prepared mindfully, with high quality and clear intention. Each ceremony is a protected space where you can simply be - carried by sound, song and loving presence.

Please bring your blanket and pillow so that you can make yourself even more comfortable.

I recommend not eating anything 3-4 hours beforehand so that the cocoa can unfold its full effect. I look forward to seeing you and that you take time for yourself.

You don't need any previous knowledge. Just openness, curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself.
