Two musical adventure stories about the difficult but not impossible friendship between a lion and a camel.
Boltan, the lion, rules as king over all the animals in an oasis in the middle of the vast, glowing desert. As everyone kowtows to him, he is bored to no end. When he meets a half-thirsty camel who is not afraid of death, he begins to take an interest in its stories and wisdom: they become close friends.
The envious desert fox Abdul manages to separate the two friends: "What a ridiculous lion! A predator friend of a camel?"
Shamed in his lion's honor, Boltan wants to hunt the camel to death until they meet a caravan. The real adventure begins in the battle with the humans: betrayal, captivity, liberation and escape - whereby the old friendship ultimately proves its worth: the lion stands by his friend.
The rest of the story focuses on Boltan's irrepressible longing for family and an irresistible lioness who doesn't seem to like camels. Does Boltan's friendship with the camel Murat still have a place? Boltan has to decide...
