An incredible 160 billion items of clothing were sold worldwide in 2020. Studies show that in Germany, almost a fifth of purchased clothing remains unworn in the wardrobe. A huge mountain of unused items of clothing that eke out a dreary existence in the dark. So why not free the unworn clothes and swap them with others?

After the successful kick-off in March, Zero Waste Cologne and the Wohngemeinschaft are once again inviting you to two great swap events in August and November.

Bring your well-preserved, clean clothes and discover your new favorite items in a relaxed atmosphere with cool drinks and lounge music.

This time we're starting a little earlier so that you have plenty of time to browse!

👕 How it works:

• Bring up to 5 well-preserved, washed items.
• Swap, browse and take home new favorites. You don't necessarily have to bring something to take home. In that case, we would be happy to receive a small donation.
• Join us at the bar to toast the resources saved, meet nice people and go home happy with your new favorite pieces.
