Köln: (K)ein Platz für Antisemitismus?

From our series: prevent, protect, be safe - The Cologne Prevention Talks.

From supposedly "not serious" slogans to insults and threats to outright attacks: Anti-Semitism is a real danger for Jews in Cologne. But anti-Semitism is also a threat to a democratic and pluralistic urban society and concerns us all.

What can I do to prevent anti-Semitism? How do I counter hostility towards Jewish people in conversations and on the internet? What do I do about anti-Semitic graffiti in the city? Where can I report anti-Semitic incidents? And what do I do if I witness a crime?

The speakers for the evening are Daniel Vymyslicky (Specialist Unit against Anti-Semitism at the NS-DOK) and Hans-Peter Killguss (Contemporary Issues Department at the NS-DOK).

The Cologne Prevention Talks are a series of events organized by the Cologne Crime Prevention Council and the Cologne Adult Education Centre.
