Elly Fey, a Jehovah's Witness, was imprisoned in the Klingelpütz for draft evasion
and survived the Ravensbrück concentration camp. The ramified Seligmann family was crammed into the house of the butcher's shop on the market square, deported in 1942 and murdered. Heinz Alfred Gerson, a traveling salesman, was declared dead in 1946; his place of death is unknown. With a guided tour by Walter Schulz from the Nippes city archive, we remember the stories of the people behind the stumbling stones.
