Musical theater with Bridge Markland:

The court case over a broken jug hides another crime: influential man molests young woman. Will Eve dare to accuse the perpetrator and thus exonerate her fiancé Ruprecht? The web of lies and the abuse of power become increasingly transparent during the show. Can justice prevail in the end?

Bridge Markland races through Kleist's broken jug with great gusto, juggling virtuously between classic lines and pop music quotations and steaming the classic into an entertaining pop music court show. Bridge Markland is a virtuoso at recording the lyrics in playback and acting them out with synchronized lip movements, while also playing the puppets and developing his own body language. The music adds an ironic commentary to the action.

With music by Hans Albers, Roy Black, Black Eyed Peas, James Brown, The Cure, Marlene Dietrich, Bob Dylan, Billie Eilish, Element of Crime, The Who, Wir sind Helden and many more.
