La Nuit de la Glisse 2025 invites you to a unique evening with two complementary films united by the same goal: the search for the perfect moment. In the first part, Chronicles of a Wild Decade pays tribute to the 2010s through the personal archives of Thierry Donard, who sheds new light on a decisive decade for the sport of gliding. From the vertiginous slopes of Mont Blanc to the monstrous waves of Teahupo'o, the fjords of Northern Europe or the icy rapids of Norway, this film traces the uncompromising commitment of a generation of athletes who redefined the limits. In the second part, Free Birds takes us into the here and now - to young riders who are pushing the boundaries of their discipline. Snowboarding in the polar night of Norway, XXL surfing in Nazaré, speedriding with millimeter precision in the Alps, airy wingfoil on the rivers of Oregon: every scene is a condensation of freedom, aesthetics and mastery.
