Lange Nacht der Demokratie - Gemeinsame Aktion unserer drei lokalen Museen

In the organizer's words:

On the eve of the Day of German Unity, we want to reflect on and discuss democracy in various formats and celebrate our free and democratic basic order together. In our museums in Geretsried, Waldram and Wolfratshausen, we are bringing democratic values to life and inviting people to talk to each other and exchange different perspectives.

Among other things, you can look forward to an interactive democracy trail that addresses key questions about our democracy in a fun and informative way: What role does our history play in the present? How does political co-determination work? What does democracy mean in everyday life? Visitors can test their political and historical knowledge at various stations - everything is possible, from spontaneous drop-ins to intensive exploration.

Building on the proven cooperation with a combined ticket, the three museums in Geretsried, Waldram and Wolfratshausen are taking part in the Long Night of Democracy for the first time in a joint campaign. All three museums are connected by a historic shuttle bus.
