Trialog: Über Israel und Palästina sprechen - Input und Gespräch mit Jouanna Hassoun und Shai Hoffmann

The Trialog project is a multi-perspective discussion format on the Middle East conflict initiated by the political educators and activists Jouanna Hassoun and Shai Hoffmann. Based on the outbreak of war in Israel and Gaza on October 7, 2023, the project is dedicated to the major challenge of addressing the topic of the Middle East in schools in a new format.

Theaim of the Trialogues is to create a place for young people to listen to each other, understand each other and endure contradictions. At the same time, the aim is to counteract the lack of knowledge about the historical and political background and the numerous conspiracy narratives in connection with the Middle East conflict.

Jouanna Hassoun has Palestinian roots, Shai Hoffmann has Israeli roots. Together they will give a multimedia insight into their award-winning work and hold a discussion with the BADEHAUS team. The evening will be rounded off with a poetry slam by Ickingen high school student Luisa Höser.
