Since the ESC 2025 and his multi-faceted performance, Lucio Corsi's name has spread rapidly beyond Italy's borders. Ed Sheeran is already a fan and describes his hit "Volevo essere un duro" as brilliant. Lucio Corsi was awarded gold in Italy with the accompanying album. Now the Italian is coming to Berlin for a promising show.
What makes his art so special is the interweaving of surreal images with poetry and the combination of an occasionally grotesque world with a musically rich structure. Influenced by glam rock and musicians such as David Bowie or Lou Reed, Corsi mixes folk elements with those of the Cantautore, and invents deeper stories through the special artistic claim, which he knows how to transport with his music.
