Mahsa Vahdat is an internationally acclaimed Iranian singer known for her deeply expressive voice and distinctive artistic vision. Combining classical Persian traditions with modern influences, she has created a musical language that transcends borders.
Despite the ban on women singing solo in Iran, Vahdat has become a powerful cultural ambassador and a symbol of artistic freedom and the empowerment of women. Her diverse artistic collaborations connect musical traditions and audiences around the world.

My Voice Is My Home is a concert project in which song, poetry and music come together and are woven into a living fabric spanning centuries. Rooted in the classical Persian vocal tradition and shaped by new interpretations, the program unites heritage and renewal in a common musical language that has emerged from a long artistic journey.
Mahsa's voice, accompanied by musicians from different cultural backgrounds, creates a space in which the Persian singing and poetry tradition enters into dialog with the musical languages of the Middle East and the Mediterranean - a world of expression that is both ancient and contemporary.
The repertoire is based on classical, modern and contemporary Persian poetry, much of it composed by Mahsa Vahdat himself. In this music, the modal structures of Persian music meet rich instrumental colors and changing arrangements characterized by improvisation and intercultural interplay.
My Voice Is My Home is an expression of artistic resistance and cultural continuity. Since the Islamic Revolution of 1979, women in Iran have been banned from singing solo in public; their voices have been restricted and silenced by the authorities. By singing as a woman, Mahsa Vahdat affirms the voice as a carrier of memory, imagination and renewal.
At a time when voices from the Middle East are often perceived through conflict and politics, My Voice Is My Home offers a different form of testimony - one of poetry and musical encounter. It reminds us that cultural heritage is not a relic of the past, but a living practice, capable of change, dialog and shared meaning.

The main entrance has one step. There is a barrier-free rear entrance on the opposite side of the main entrance. Please use the path across the parking lot.
