Make it and take it!

In the organizer's words:

Revive an old T-shirt with a statement print, reprint a lost game piece or design a stamp: MeetUp at the Humboldt Forum!

In this three-hour workshop, all interested parties with and without previous knowledge are invited to get to know various Maker Space technologies. On various dates (see below), we will explain how laser cutters, 3D printers, cutting plotters, sewing or embroidery machines can be used to make useful things for everyday life.

Inspired by the museum's current exhibitions and themes, you can design and create your own graphics and objects on your laptop using Inkscape or Tinkercad software. If you are clever, you can take a finished product home with you at the end.

The number of participants is limited. Please book one free ticket per person at the box office in the foyer on the day of the event! The workshop is not suitable for children and young people under the age of 16.
