MakeWar are also coming to Germany for a few gigs this summer as part of their European tour. Their last visit to Oberhausen was not so long ago: the trio took to the stage at the Turbinenhalle in October '25 for the one-day indoor festival tour "Common Thread".
The concert on July 01, 2026 will take place in the Walzenlagerkino: Small club + small stage = great atmosphere.
MakeWar is one word. It's a state of mind, not a statement.

Supporting For I Am - a first-class skate punk band from Antwerp / Belgium. Founded in 2014, For I Am have released 3 albums and played tons of gigs all over the world. The Bombpops, Propagandhi, Lagwagon, Frenzal Rhomb, Iron Chic, Not On Tour, Satanic Surfers are just a few of the bands with whom the Belgians have shared the stage. Fast, powerful punk rock with catchy melodies and strong vocals from front woman Hanne provide the right start to a punk rock evening!
