„Musik ohne Grenzen“ Duo Ilya Gindin - Dimitri Illarionov

The duo Ilya Gindin (clarinet) and Dimitri Illarionov (guitar) unite two internationally renowned musicians with a wide stylistic range.

Their programs are characterized by tonal diversity, musical depth and an exciting repertoire of classical, klezmer, jazz, folk and contemporary music. Thanks to their special line-up and their high interpretative quality, they offer the audience a unique stage experience.

In their current program, they present a colourful spectrum of original works and arrangements: including the famous first movement from Schubert's Arpeggione Sonata in a version for clarinet and guitar, the expressive "Hommages" by Béla Kovács for solo clarinet, a movement from a sonata by Felix Mendelssohn, jazz-inspired clarinet pieces by Alexander Zfasman, a classical Jewish suite with works by Grzegorz Fitelberg and Jefim Wainberg, the meditative duo "Mist Over The Lake" by Jan Freidlin and the energetic "Trans-Siberian" by Mathias Duplessy for solo guitar.
