Neophyten entfernen - Freiwilliger Einsatz für die Artenvielfalt

In the organizer's words:

Some introduced plant species (neophytes) are spreading rapidly in the Fröttmaninger Heide and gradually displacing the less competitive heathland plants. In order to maintain the growing conditions for the numerous rare plants in the nature reserve, invasive species such as goldenrod and annual marsh weed are regularly removed. We are still looking for volunteers for this task. We hope for numerous helping hands and look forward to your personal contribution to the protection of native heather plants!

Target group: Families, school children (6-13 years), teenagers (14-17 years), adults

Note: Sturdy shoes, gloves and sun protection required. Long trousers are advisable because of the ants in the area. Drinks and a snack will be provided.
