No Crew Call

In the organizer's words:

March 2020 - Corona - event bans ... suddenly no more concerts and events, the world seems to have come to a standstill!

The pandemic had also eliminated the orders of filmmaker Michael Söth from Kiel, without orders Söth began to shoot a portrait of the tour and production manager Lars Vegas Ide. He has been working in the music industry for over 30 years (for Jan Delay, Deine Freunde, Billy Idol, among others).

The film shows Lars' personal and professional struggle through the pandemic, during which not only orders collapsed, but also the rehearsal rooms he rented out were lost.

In addition to Lars, No Crew Call also shows many other people, prominent and less prominent artists, lighting and sound technicians, production managers, political actors ... those affected by the pandemic. They are the protagonists of No Crew Call and have their say without commentary or judgment, with all their emotions! The premiere took place at the Knust in Hamburg in April, now the Berlin premiere follows.

The evening will be hosted by Michael Beckmann (Rainbirds, Depp Jones, Fehlfarben) and after the film DJ Totze Trippi aka Torsten from the Beatsteaks in a team with Guse, DJane Femdelic and DJ Vossi will provide the best entertainment!
