The world as a family of choice

An exhibition and festival program explores non-binary thinking as superpower.

Non-binary thinking as superpower - the Nonbinary Superpower festival transforms the Fourth World into a laboratory for new alliances and queer futures. Seven artistic positions present works on speculative biology, queer ecologies and collective memory - as a fluid exhibition that moves like a living organism. Performances, film evenings, workshops and sound formats invite encounters and participation.
Curated by Dan Dansen, Justin Time and Minh Duc Pham, a space beyond binary structures is being created - a family of choice in the heart of Kreuzberg. "For us, the family of choice is not a substitute model, but an extension - across species boundaries," says Justin Time.

The Vierte Welt becomes the host of this family of choice: not a white cube, but a place with history, with edges, with attitude. Encounters become an experience here - with a quiet space, multilingual formats, alternative approaches and room for resonance. Nonbinary Superpower is not an exhibition to look at. It is a space for visions: transformative, vulnerable, strong.
