ONE-DAY CHOIR Workshop| Cologne | One day. Singing together.

Do you enjoy singing and want to sing with others in multiple voices - and develop your voice and musical sense at the same time?

Would you like to sing, but a fixed choir doesn't fit into your everyday life right now?
Or would you like to experience what it feels like to sing with others in multiple voices and gain confidence in your voice?

Then this One-Day Choir Workshop is just the thing for you.

On 09.05.2026 in the Alte Feuerwache Cologne (Large Forum) from 10 am to 1 pm (admission approx. 30 minutes before) you can become part of a joint choir workshop under the direction of Désirée Koch in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you have choir experience or not, you are welcome.
You can take part in a relaxed way - without any previous knowledge, without auditions or individual presentations. Everything is created by working together.

This is how the One-Day Choir Workshop works:

We start with a joint warm-up and guided vocal coaching to activate your voice and body.
Among other things, you will work on intonation, timing and a confident use of your voice.

We will then work step by step on an arrangement written especially for this day.
You will learn to hold your voice in a polyphonic context, to listen to other voices and to orient yourself in the overall sound.

At the end, a joint recording will be made that documents both the musical process and the joint result.

Photos and video recordings will be made during the event. Some of this material will subsequently be published on the organizer's website and on social media platforms (e.g. Instagram or YouTube) and used for future flyers and advertising materials.
