On December 18, we will be showing the film "A Bigger Splash" by Luca Guadagnino at the Colosseum Kino Berlin - a vibrant, sensual vacation scenario on an Italian island: music, passion, heat, jealousy, the sea. A movie that feels like an endless late summer day. House of Oysters also serves fresh oysters and champagne - the perfect way to immerse yourself in this Mediterranean world for an evening. Filmmaker Paul and his girlfriend, rock legend Marianne, actually want to spend a quiet, relaxing vacation on the Italian island of Pantelleria. However, their idyllic vacation is disturbed by the unexpected arrival of Marianne's ex, music producer Harry, with his grown-up daughter Penelope. While Harry makes a renewed effort to win over his ex, Penelope flirts unabashedly with Paul. The suddenly awakened passions become dangerous for everyone involved.
