Dutch cabaret artist PATRICK NEDERKOORN has been performing on German stages for several years now. In his second German-language program DER FLIEHENDE HOLLÄNDER he shares his astonishment and experiences with his large neighbouring country. Why do the Germans have so many dirty sayings? Are there more speed cameras or regulations in Germany? And why is the German tax program called "Elster" like a thieving bird?
DER FLIEHENDE HOLLÄNDER is a refreshingly funny and musical program in which personal stories are combined with current topics. The cabaret artist from Amsterdam talks about borders, love, family and tax in a sympathetic, disarming and funny way. And about how to bridge differences between people. Patrick Nederkoorn is known from the SAT.1 program DIE BESTEN COMEDIANS DEUTSCHLANDS - and as a Dutchman, that's saying something. With his first program DIE ORANGENE GEFAHR he was nominated for the PRIX PANTHEON and won the KOMIKER JACKPOT.
