Poison Ruin

These Philly Punks emerged in 2020 as a solo recording project before quickly evolving into a full band by year's end. Poison Ruin fuse anarcho/crust punk with oi!, American post-punk, NWOBHM and even dungeon synth-wrapping it all in dark medieval imagery and anarchist themes.

After dropping a compilation of their early demos on LP in 2021 and the Not Today, Not Tomorrow 7" in 2022, they've carved out a sound that's as gritty as it is hypnotic. Think gloomy melodies under a layer of raw punk energy, flashes of synth lighting up the shadows, and songs that feel both distant and deeply addictive.
