Primal Play - a space for body intelligence, playful encounters and connecting with yourself and others. Through breath, movement, sound and touch, you will explore what happens when we engage in the present moment together. No previous experience necessary. Cologne, Sunday, April 26, 16:30 to 20:00 (admission: 16:00). More info at relationalspace.de
"Do you yearn to drop into deep play and wonder - free from ideas of what is expected of you, and how you should or shouldn't behave? To be guided by the embodied intelligence within - wild, passionate, attuned, and fully present to the subtlety of the moment?" - Buster Rådvik
What you can expect:
Primal Play is a non-verbal meeting space. No program, no choreography. Through breath, movement, sound and touch, you will explore what is alive in you right now - and what arises when you show yourself. Sometimes as a couple, sometimes in a group, sometimes alone with yourself. Sometimes intensely, sometimes quietly. In encounters with others, we can encounter ourselves anew. We discover facets that remain hidden in everyday life - and remember who we are when we are really allowed to show ourselves. Verbal sharing sessions after the plays help us to integrate what we have experienced and create a sense of security together. What was felt in the body is given space - in words that often amaze.
You decide for yourself in each moment how you want to be involved. All exercises are voluntary, the room is fully clothed. If you feel the need to withdraw and simply observe - this is not only allowed, but expressly welcome. Witnessing is also a valuable part of the evening and an integral part of the Primal Play concept.
Who is it for?
For anyone who is curious - about themselves, about real encounters, about what becomes possible when we act from our whole being.
You don't need any previous experience with Primal Play, bodywork or similar formats. All you need is the willingness to engage in something new.
Regardless of sexual orientation, identity, age, origin or relationship form: you are welcome.

What to expect:
Primal Play is a non-verbal space for encounter. No program, no choreography. Through breath, movement, sound and touch, you explore what is alive in you right now - and what arises when you allow yourself to be seen. Sometimes in a meeting of two, sometimes with the whole group, sometimes alone with yourself. Sometimes intense, sometimes still.
In encountering others, we can encounter ourselves anew. Facets emerge that stay hidden in everyday life - a reminder of who we are when we are truly allowed to show up.
Verbal sharing rounds after the plays help to integrate what was experienced and to build safety together. What was felt in the body finds words - and they often surprise us.
Throughout the evening, you decide in every moment how you participate. Everything is voluntary, the space is fully clothed. If you feel the need to step back and simply witness - that is not just allowed, it is actively welcomed. Witnessing is a meaningful part of the evening and an integral element of Primal Play itself.
