Since their formation in 1990, Quicksand have had a significant influence on the post-hardcore genre. With their debut album "Slip" (1993), the band set a milestone that still resonates today. Over three decades of band history, four unmistakable albums and countless powerful shows - you can feel all of this at every one of their performances.

Walter Schreifels, Sergio Vega and Alan Cage are names that sound like music history to die-hard hardcore lovers. Schreifels shaped bands such as Youth of Today, Rival Schools and Gorilla Biscuits, while Vega played bass for the legendary Deftones. Together they created
together they created soundscapes of booming guitar walls and powerful basslines, which reached new heights in 2021 with the album "Distant Population". The song "Brushed" even made it onto the RadioEins playlist.

Now Quicksand are returning to German stages - with explosive energy and a sound that gets under your skin. The audience can look forward to an intense, dynamic and powerful live experience.
