RECORD STORE DAY STREET PARTY 2026

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, Berlin-Schöneberg will once again become a meeting place for vinyl fans, music lovers and neighbors: The independent record store Dodo Beach is celebrating Record Store Day again this year with an exclusive vinyl sale and an all-day street party.

The sale of limited and exclusive RSD releases starts at 9:00 a. m. at Vorbergstraße 8. Over 500 special pressings, reissues and rarities are on the official list worldwide - from rock and indie highlights to electronic and jazz releases - making the day a must-attend event for collectors and curious music fans every year. Record Store Day sends out a strong signal for independent labels, artists and specialist retailers.

From 14:00, the action moves to Gleditschstraße 80-81: the Dodo Beach Street Party brings live acts, food & drinks, competitions and a kids' area to the street and creates a festival atmosphere in the middle of the neighborhood. In previous years, Drangsal, Shybits and KAFVKA, among others, have performed on stage.

The fact that Record Store Day in Schöneberg has long been more than just a sales launch is also due to the role that Dodo Beach has played in the neighborhood since 2013. With carefully curated new releases, reissues and classics from a wide range of genres, the store sees itself as a meeting point for music enthusiasts and a lively place for analog music culture. The Street Party underlines this claim: here, people not only sell, but also listen, discover and celebrate together.

Schöneberg becomes a stage on this day - and everyone is invited to join in the celebrations.
